We are seeking an experienced Road Building, Earthworks, and Underground Services Construction Estimator/Project Manager to accurately estimate projects, analyze important metrics, and manage project needs and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a background in road building, earthworks, and underground services, possess strong numerical and analytical skills, excel in relationship management, and provide cost and benefit expertise for profitable decision-making. Responsibilities: - Identify potential business opportunities with clients - Estimate projects and submit tenders - Review contracts for unfavorable clauses and conditions - Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and end users - Plan, organize, and manage construction projects within deadlines, budget, and quality standards - Develop project plans, define scope, goals, and deliverables - Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, stakeholders for project success - Monitor project progress, update stakeholders, manage budget - Procure materials, equipment for construction projects - Conduct site visits, ensure compliance with safety regulations - Resolve project-related issues and conflicts - Maintain accurate project documentation Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager - Strong project management knowledge - Proficient in Estimating Software - Familiar with construction estimating and pricing techniques - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to read blueprints, interpret construction plans - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects efficiently
