Requirements: - Must be 18 years old or older with a valid government-issued ID. - Possess a working cell phone with a data plan. - Comfortable engaging in conversations and interacting with others. - Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection. - High energy levels as the job involves working outside on foot. - Attention to detail for accurate completion of paperwork. - Previous petitioning or campaign experience is a plus. - Team Leaders must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. - Willingness to undergo a background check as required by local regulations. - For applicants in the Cincinnati area, reliable transportation to work daily is required. Responsibilities: - Engage with voters to raise awareness and support for our cause. - Lead and motivate your team towards success. - Ensure proper completion of petition paperwork. - Team Leaders will also be responsible for driving the team to various locations for signature gathering.
