Position: Maintenance Technician Company: Multifamily Property Management Location: Ashton Square, 800 Brookside Ct, Columbus, OH 43228, USA Full-Time Position with 200 Unit Count Pay: $21 - $23 / Hour Job Description: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds. Duties include but are not limited to repairing flooring, drywall, appliances, plumbing, electrical, safety systems, HVAC systems, painting, cleaning, and more. Conducts all tasks according to company policy and safety protocols to meet client expectations and operating budget requirements.
