We are seeking a professional full-time Residential Property Manager to join our management team at Lepman Properties. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Team to maintain positive tenant relationships, property upkeep, and fair rental prices. Lepman Properties is a family-owned business established in 1979, managing properties in Albany, Sweet Home, and Lebanon. Qualifications: - Valid Oregon Driver’s License - Oregon Landlord/Tenant Law knowledge - Experience in setting fair rental prices - Strong multitasking skills - Excellent communication skills - Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor - Experience with AppFolio program preferred - Minimum 5 years of Property Manager experience - Proficiency in Microsoft programs Responsibilities include tenant communication, inspections, showing units, tenant screenings, lease management, property maintenance, staying updated on housing laws, attending meetings, advertising vacancies, filing legal documents, managing tenant balances, and assisting with rent collections.
